Effective date: 1 January 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 100cuci platform — whether via web browser, smartphone, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 100cuci platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This platform is available to users aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement as stipulated under Malaysian law.

Account Creation and Security

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 100cuci platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being terminated without prior notice.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 100cuci will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected]. We strongly advise using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 100cuci platform agree to use the services solely for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The key responsibilities of users include the following:

  • Do not use the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
  • Do not attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the functionality of the platform's systems or infrastructure.
  • Do not use automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or exploit the 100cuci system.
  • Do not share your account with or allow any third party to use your account.
  • Do not use another user's personal information without their consent.
  • Comply with all wagering limits and bonus terms set by the platform from time to time.

100cuci reserves the right to take action, including suspending or terminating the account of any user found to be in breach of the above rules, without obligation to provide compensation or prior notice.

Payment and Transaction Information

Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR

All transactions on the 100cuci platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited belong to them and have been obtained through legitimate means.

100cuci reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing withdrawals, particularly for accounts that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual transaction patterns. This verification process forms part of the platform's security and fraud prevention measures.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the selected payment method and may change from time to time. Users are advised to check the latest information in their account section before making any transaction.

Processing Timeframes and Liability Limits

100cuci will endeavour to process all transactions within the stipulated timeframe; however, actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method and external factors such as bank processing times. The platform is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including financial institutions.

100cuci's liability to any user is limited to the value of the valid account balance at the time any claim is made. The platform shall not be held liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the platform, including any technical service disruptions.

Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Account Suspension and Closure

100cuci reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, illegal activity, or failure to provide required verification information upon request. In such cases, any valid account balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable laws.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all outstanding transactions have been settled.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 100cuci platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, source code, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of 100cuci or our licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The 100cuci platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users access third-party links at their own risk.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

100cuci reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior user consent. Any material changes will be communicated via an in-platform notice or by email to the registered address.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not agree with the changes should stop using the platform and contact us to close their account.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the procedures prescribed under Malaysian law.

Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.
